Peer Review Policy
Peer Review Policy:
Ibn Sina University Journal considers the peer review process the cornerstone of academic quality and scientific excellence. We strictly adhere to a Double-Blind Peer Review system to ensure an objective, fair, and impartial evaluation of all submitted manuscripts.
1. Principles of the Review Process:
-
Total Anonymity: The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept strictly confidential throughout the entire process to ensure that the evaluation focuses solely on scientific quality, merit, and content.
-
Expert Selection: Reviewers are meticulously selected based on their specific expertise and distinguished research records in Medical, Administrative, Applied, or Human Sciences.
2. Core Evaluation Criteria:
-
Originality and Innovation: The novel intellectual contribution and distinct value the research adds to the respective field.
-
Methodology: The analytical rigor, appropriateness, and clarity of the scientific methods and frameworks employed.
-
Results and Discussion: The accuracy of the analysis and the extent to which the empirical results logically support the final conclusions.
-
Scientific Integrity: Soundness of citations, comprehensive references, and strict adherence to universal research ethics.
3. Reviewer Recommendations and Editorial Decision:
Reviewers provide a detailed evaluation report culminating in one of the following recommendations:
-
Accept without revision.
-
Accept with minor revisions.
-
Accept with major revisions.
-
Reject.
The Editorial Board makes the final publishing decision based on these evaluation outcomes. In the event of conflicting reviews, the manuscript is promptly referred to a third (tie-breaker) reviewer to finalize the decision and ensure transparency.
