Reviewer Selection & Membership Criteria:
To maintain the highest scholarly standards, Ibn Sina University Journal relies on a distinguished pool of experts and academics. Peer reviewers are meticulously selected based on the following rigorous criteria:
1. Professional and Ethical Standards:

Integrity and Objectivity: Reviewers must demonstrate absolute honesty, scientific integrity, and total impartiality throughout the evaluation.

Punctuality: A strict commitment to completing the review process and submitting reports within the definitive deadlines set by the Editorial Board.

Specialized Expertise: Full mastery of a narrow scientific specialty and staying consistently current with its latest advancements and literature.

Academic Rank and Experience: Reviewers must hold the academic rank of (Assistant Professor) or higher and possess a proven track record of reviewing at least 10 manuscripts for peer-reviewed scholarly journals.

Constructive Feedback: The proven ability to provide precise, professional, and constructive critiques that effectively assist authors in elevating the quality of their work.

Confidentiality: Strict, uncompromised adherence to the journal’s privacy policy and double-blind peer review protocols.
2. Cooperation and Partnerships:

The journal officially recognizes and utilizes the accredited reviewers’ registry from the Libyan Association for E-Learning.

Accredited reviewers are fully entitled to benefit from the various academic services, privileges, and recognitions offered by the journal in appreciation of their valuable scholarly contributions.

3. Membership and Certification Requirements:
Applicants wishing to officially join the review board and obtain an accredited reviewer certificate must provide:
