  • Ethical Approvals: Research involving human subjects, animals, or sensitive data (particularly in medical and humanities fields) must clearly state that all necessary ethical approvals were officially obtained from the relevant institutional review boards.

2. Reviewers' Responsibilities:

  • Objectivity: Manuscripts must be evaluated objectively and constructively based solely on their scientific merit, free from any personal or institutional bias.

  • Confidentiality: Reviewers must maintain strict confidentiality regarding the manuscript and refrain from sharing, discussing, or using the data prior to formal publication.

  • Integrity: Reviewers must disclose any conflicts of interest and decline the review evaluation if a personal or professional connection to the authors exists.

3. Editorial Board Responsibilities:

  • Fairness: Publication decisions are made solely based on the scientific merit of the work, without any discrimination regarding race, religion, gender, institutional affiliation, or political viewpoint of the authors.

  • Accountability: The board acts firmly, swiftly, and transparently regarding any allegations of research misconduct or publishing infractions.

4. Handling Misconduct Procedures:

If research misconduct is suspected or proven (e.g., plagiarism, data falsification), the journal enforces the following sequential protocol:

  1. Conduct an initial internal investigation and a thorough evidence review by the editorial committee.

  2. Communicate directly with the involved parties to request official clarifications.

  3. If misconduct is proven, strict corrective actions are executed, including: (Manuscript rejection, immediate retraction of published work, publishing a formal correction/retraction notice, banning the author from future submissions, and notifying their respective academic institution).
