Article Processing Charges (APC): Ibn Sina University Journal operates under a full open-access model, making all published content immediately and freely available to global readers without subscription barriers. To sustain the journal's high performance and manage its digital infrastructure, the following fee structure is applied:

• Submission and Review Fee: Free of charge ($0).

• Article Processing & Publishing Charge (APC): A flat fee of 500 Libyan Dinars (or its equivalent of 100 US Dollars) is charged only for manuscripts that are officially and finally accepted for publication after successfully passing the peer-review process. There are absolutely no hidden or additional fees.
