Editorial Board Chairman's Message

All praise and gratitude are due to Allah, the Almighty. Today, a new star rises in the sky of scientific research, launched from Ibn Sina University—a university whose light has guided many seekers of knowledge and whose contributions have strengthened and advanced the course of scientific research across various disciplines.

These endeavors have culminated in the accreditation of the Ibn Sina University Journal as a peer-reviewed scientific publication devoted to the dissemination of distinguished and rigorous academic studies. Through it, researchers address critical issues that enrich scientific inquiry and serve society at large.

This issue is devoted to publishing the scholarly papers presented at the university’s Second Scientific Conference, titled “Foreign Investment and Its Role in Activating Developmental Performance in Libya.” We reaffirm to all researchers that this journal, supported by the academic expertise of its editorial board, will continue to embody a forward-looking vision rooted in the university’s policies and strategies for research and knowledge development.
